We are excited to announce we have acquired Environmental Sentry Protection. This MN based company was founded in 2007 by Eric Lindberg who saw the need to offer an integrated system at boat launches to educate boaters to prevent the spread of aquatic invasive species. Over 18 years the company continually researched technologies to improve the I-LIDS system and support customers’ efficient review of boat launches into their lakes. This system has been adopted by lake associations, counties, and state level programs at nearly 100 sites across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and North Dakota.

As part of this acquistion, we are excited to announce we are releasing a new I-LIDS NextGen system, this system includes object detection, improved data collection, and simplified interface for the 2026 season. This will increase the capacity to prevent AIS in more lakes and ensure that customers can take advantage of new technologies going forward.
